If you’re unhappy with any service:
Please log in to your SubmitReturn account using the email you used during registration.
Navigate to your dashboard and select the specific service you’re dissatisfied with.
Choose the “Not Satisfied” option to raise a ticket.
Our team will escalate your case to the concerned expert or manager for priority resolution.
Please note: While we can resolve internal delays, we do not control government processing times or the impact of incomplete/inaccurate documents submitted by clients.
You may request a refund within 30 days of making payment.
Once you gain access to our service platform or tools, the service is considered initiated and fulfilled.
After 30 days, no monetary refund is provided — only service credits for future use.
A 20% cancellation charge is applicable on all refund requests.
Refunds will not include charges paid towards statutory fees, government challans, or external consultant fees.
The client is fully responsible for accurate information submission and meeting statutory requirements.
To initiate a refund:
Log in to your SubmitReturn.com account and select “Get Help”.
Email your refund request and payment details to care@submitreturn.com.
Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 weeks after all necessary information is received.
Once access to our platform or service begins, our obligation is considered fulfilled.
SubmitReturn is not liable for any penalties, late fees, tax dues, or outcomes resulting from:
Government rejections,
Delayed/inaccurate document submission by the client,
Delays or technical issues on government websites (e.g., MCA, GST, Income Tax, FSSAI).
Services availed through third-party associates or partners listed on the SubmitReturn platform but not directly employed by us are not covered under our refund guarantee.
SubmitReturn shall not be held liable for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Cyber attacks
Government actions
Platform downtime
War or civil unrest
